Frederick Delius – 29th January 1862. Delius was an English composer whose childhood home was often visited by famous musicians.

Franz Schubert – 31 January 1797. Schubert was an Austrian composer who produced a huge array of works despite dying young.

Alexander Scriabin – 6 January 1872. Scriabin was a Russian composer and pianist.

Sebastián Yradier – 20 January 1809. Yradier is one of the very few Basque composers.
