Cantique de Noel, or O Holy Night. The setting of a poem by Cappeau which was written to celebrate the renovation of the Church organ in Roquemaure, on the west of the Rhone. Adolph Adam set it to music. This arrangement is a Quartet for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello.

Deck the Hall with Boughs of Holly is a 16th Century carol traditionally sung at Christmas and New Year, and is a great favourite for carolling round the village. Arranged for String Quartet, including 3rd violin part as alternative to viola.

Infant Holy, Infant Lowly is a Polish carol, a Koledy, which may date back to the 13th century. Its rhythm is likened to a polonaise, so loved by Chopin. This arrangement is a quartet for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello. Duration 1 minute.

Still, Still, Still is a lovely Austrian carol. It is a lullaby and must be played as though rocking a cradle. The words of the carol refer to falling snow, the hushed world sleeping, and dreaming of joyous days to come. This arrangement is for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello.

We Wish You a Merry Christmas: an old West Country carol often performed in the English tradition, by carol singers visiting door to door throughout a village. It also appears in some Thomas the Tank Engine Christmas episodes. This version is for String Quartet, including 3rd violin part as alternative to viola.

Reindeer Rampage: Santas reindeer are having a bit of fun before their work begins at Christmas. They try to sing some carols, but cannot agree on which one, so they return to jumping around and then home again to Santa. Quartet for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello.

Norwegian Melody is reminiscent of Christmas, with tumbling bells accompanying a tiny touch of the Messiah, and then the sleigh quickly makes its way in the middle section before returning to the tumbling bells. Quartet for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello.

The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, originally The Parade of the Tin Soldiers. Jessel was famous for his operettas until his music was banned by the Nazis, but this is one of his few pieces that lives on today. Used in the Betty Boop cartoon, and for Children's Hour on the BBC, this is beloved by marching bands and orchestras alike. About 2 mins 30 seconds: for 2 Violins, Viola and Cello.
