Cool Wind Music was founded by Chris Gordon and has been publishing publishing music for woodwinds, flute. oboe, clarinet, saxophone and bassoon since 1978. .

We also concentrate on mixed duets - we have a growing series for flute and clarinet which draws on various styles: classical, romantic and 20th century neo-classical. The series is an important part of our catalogue and works will be added in the future.

We publish, too, a few works for solo woodwind and piano which are also proving to be popular. There are books for solo flute, solo clarinet and solo alto saxophone with piano accompaniment.

Lastly, Cool Wind Music offers trios for equal instruments (clarinets, saxophones) and mixed woodwinds (flute, clarinet and bassoon). This series is also on-going since we feel that there will always be a need for music for two or three woodwind players - either for their own pleasure or for inclusion in chamber music concerts.
