 Choosing gifts for the musician in your life or to point your friends
in the right direction does not necessarily mean buying a concert
grand piano! We hope to give you some less expensive ideas!
One of the things everyone enjoys is playing in front of their own
private orchestra and taking the lead solo role, a bit expensive
but a solution is available from the Music
Minus One catalog. They have specially recorded CDs with the
soloist removed, it comes with the correct sheet music for the solo
instrument. It is great fun and the cost is normally around $24.95.

lesson then there is the teach yourself books
and video range. Prices are very reasonable. You can see the

For the theory expert or the musician who wants to know more about

Does your musician want to compose his own music? Beethoven used
paper but today there are a number of electronic versions, where
you can notate, playback, print and publish your work online. Have
a look at the selection we have found (and use for this site) on
our Notation page.
If you are feeling generous we have links to digital pianos and keyboards
sellers. There is a wide range to choose
from.
Back to basics there is always the latest sheet music whether it
is pop or classical. We recommend sheetmusicplus as they not only have a huge selection but we have recommended many
hundreds of visitors to them - their service is excellent.
Everyone needs some accessories! Metronomes, tuners, strings and
